This is MerCruiser p/n 19-14842 trim cylinder end cap. It is used on all Bravo drives and later model Alpha One drives which have a 7/16 - 20 thread size.

1991 - Date Generation II Pins

Both the front and rear anchor pins used on Alpha One/Generation II drives are 10 3/4 long.

They have no threads at the ends of the anchor pins. They use the E-Clips below to hold them in place.

This is MerCruiser p/n 23 - 815950 Gen II ram bushings. They are pressed into each side of the power trim cylinders.

These are sold and come in a package of (1) each.

It requires a total of (8) bushings to do (1) outdrive.

This is MerCruiser p/n 53 - 815949 Gen II E-Clips. These snap into the groves at each end of the Gen II anchor pins.

These are sold in a package of (1) each.

It requires a total of (4) E-Clips to do (1) outdrive.

This is MerCruiser p/n 19 - 815951 Gen II end caps. These snap onto the ends of the Gen II anchor pins.
