                    Chevy & Ford     

Both Chevy & Ford couplers are 4 5/8 inches in diameter and 4 1/8 high.

Chevy coupler is MerCruiser p/n 76850A2 ( old #32492 ). The 6 mounting holes in the bottom are 3 9/16 inches apart.

Ford coupler is MerCruiser p/n 59826A3. The 6 mounting holes in the bottom are 3 inches apart with 1 hole offset.

                        Conversion Kits

This is MerCruiser p/n 14505A2 kit. The coupler is 4 5/8 inches in diameter and 4 1/8 inches high. The 6 mounting holes in the bottom are 3 inches apart with 2 holes offset. Studs are 7/16-20 on both ends.
This coupler is used when a new style block with small crankshaft end is replacing a MerCruiser block.

Fits new full circle rear seal engines with smaller pattern. Works instead of triangle coupler. Must only be used if dowel locator pin exists on the crank. On engines without dowel the flywheel will bounce between the studs until they fail and break off.

                            470 Coupler     

This is MerCruiser p/n 69354A2. It is 4 5/8 inches in diameter and 5 1/4 inches long. The 6 mounting holes in the bottom are 3 inches apart.
This coupler is used on many older 470 MerCruiser engines.

                    4 Cyl. - Late Models

This is MerCruiser p/n 97432A2. It is 4 5/8 inches in diameter at the top, 6 1/2 inches in diameter at the bottom, 2 3/4 inches high.

              Bravo Standard Coupler

This is MerCruiser p/n 861523A9 ( old #18311A17). It is 6 inches in diameter at the top, 13 3/8 inches in diameter at the bottom and 3 1/2 inches high. 
This Bravo coupler is recommended for the average boater. It has an aluminum spline insert for normal use. The 2 small holes near the center are for grease fittings.

Shipping weight 13 pounds.

All Bravo couplers come with (6) 3/8-16 bolts which fit into tapped holes in the back of the flywheel and are all equally spaced 12 5/8 inches apart.

               Bravo Heavy Duty Coupler

This coupler is MerCruiser p/n 861523A11. It is 6 inches in diameter at the top, 13 3/8 inches in diameter at the bottom and 3 1/2 inches high to the top of the rubber.
This Bravo coupler is recommended for a lot of low trolling RPM. It has a stainless steel spline insert for heavy duty use. 

This coupler has a tube attached with a grease fitting so you can lubricate the drive shaft splines without removing the outdrive as long as your drive shaft has the extra o-ring grove cut into it to keep the grease from coming out around the end of the shaft instead of going through to the splines.
